It took me 2 months to finally try this recipe and post it on the blog. I really am not a wizard in the kitchen, meaning I pretty much burn everything I lay my hands on. I’m very much of a hyperactive person and also lose my focus very quickly. Keep in mind that the only thing I’ve ever made that turned out well was a raw vegan lime pie.Key word : it was raw , meaning there was no baking involved. The reason I’m sharing this is to prove you that even if you think you suck at baking, you can still make this recipe. Thats how easy it is. As I said on a previous post I only make recipe that have like 4 ingredients max. It preferably also doesn’t involve me looking up on google to figure out what the ingredient is.
To make the super easy delicious vegan brownies you will need
- 1 (15.5 ounce) can organic black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 and a half mashed ripe banana OR 3/4 cup apple sauce
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar ( or cane sugar)
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Make sure you rinse and wash the beans and mix them with all the other ingredients! Preheat oven to 175C. Bake for about 30 minutes.
Voilà! No flour , no oil , no problems! Whats!
Ps : This was the quickest thing I’ve ever done and it’s absolutely delicious! Thanks to my friend Jinane who made this and brought it to my birthday! I love friends that make me food, it’s how you know it’s real!
